Dropship Network Partner Terms

Conditions of Use

Buyers who utilize the Dropship Network are bound by the following additional terms.  Users who do not agree to these additional terms may not use the Dropship Network.

Description of Services

The Dropship Network offers a direct link for wholesale buyers to purchase directly from a variety of artists.  Buyers are approved based on their proven ability to work with artists and small businesses. The network is made up of galleries, boutique stores, ecommerce partners and internet retail partners.

Prohibited Sites List

Network Partners are prohibited from selling on certain sites.  In most cases this is due to a direct partnership between that site and OAF.

If a Dropship Network Partner is found to be selling on a prohibited site, their account may be permanently suspended and pending funds forfeited.  Partner will also be financially responsible for any database cleaning as a result of violating the prohibited sites list.

The following are prohibited:

  • Amazon.com
  • Walmart.com
  • Wayfair.com
  • Faire.com
  • Ebay.com
  • Houzz.com
  • Sears.com
  • Overstock.com
  • NewEgg.com
  • Wish.com

Returns

Products within the Dropship Network may be returned within 30 days. (30 days or less may have passed from the order delivery date until the carrier scans the return.)

If product is returned in "New" condition, a refund will be issued 5 business days after return is delivered to Vendor. If a return does not qualify for a refund, Vendor must submit a refund dispute form within 5 days of return delivery.

Network Partner is responsible for return shipment, even if sent by a third party.

Return Shipments should be insured.  Damage may prevent refund if product is damaged in return transit.

Damage Claims

If order is received damaged, Partner must contact OAF within 5 days of delivery.  After 5 days, damage claims may not be honored.

Returns

All Dropship Network sales are eligible for return for any reason, for up to 30 days. Return costs and appropriate package insurance are the responsibility of Network partner.
If a return does not qualify for a refund, Vendor must submit a refund dispute form within 5 days of return delivery.
