Santa's Workshop at Online Art Festival teams up with our artists to donate to artists' local charities. They choose the products to include, and we find a way to match a portion. It may be through matched donations, shipping reimbursement or something else. In most cases, purchases from Santa's Workshop are non-returnable and non-refundable.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to a week for processing orders. Most items will ship faster, but because Artists travel a lot to sell our work, sometimes we may not be available to send your order out right away. Expedited shipping does not guarantee your order will leave any faster. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend messaging the Artist before placing your order.
How long will it take once it ships?
When you get to checkout, you'll choose shipping options for each item purchased. If the available shipping options don't work for you, please message the Artist to work out other shipping options.
