Return Policy

OnlineArtFestival.com encourages all Vendors to publish their own return policy. Please review each Vendor’s return policy when making a purchase. Vendors who do not post a custom return policy use the following:

Returns may be made for refund or exchange within 30 days of original order. Return shipment must be received at Vendor’s warehouse within the 30-day window unless other arrangements have been made. Return shipments not received within the 30 day window may forfeit any refund or exchange eligibility.

Returns require pre-authorization from Vendor. If Vendor is unresponsive, OAF reserves the right to make a returns and refund determination on Vendor’s behalf.

In the event that a shipment is damaged by the carrier, customer must immediately notify Vendor of damage and request a refund, replacement or discount to keep the damaged item. Customers may be required to surrender the damaged item and all packaging to the shipment carrier if an insurance claim is filed. Failure to provide damaged product and all original packaging materials upon request may result in denial of refund.

In the event that a wrong item is accidentally shipped, Vendor will send customer a shipping tag to return item. Tag may be emailed or included with replacement shipment. Shipment must be packed the same and returned in the condition received. Any damage to item or shipment prior to return should be noted and documented with Vendor prior to releasing return shipment to carrier.

Customers who wish to return or exchange an item for any reason other than damage or mis-shipment may do so within the 30-day window specified above and with Return Authorization. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs by means of a customer paid return label or as a deduction from refund or exchange for the value of the return label.
